While we build technically strong systems and high-quality marketing campaigns, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, or business outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. OPTINEXT retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and outlined in individual proposals or contracts.
OPTINEXT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
